Terms & Conditions - Bubbling Events
1. Booking & Payment

A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking.

The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event date.

Bookings made within 14 days of the event require full payment at the time of booking.
2. Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event will forfeit the deposit.

Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will forfeit the full booking amount.
3. Equipment Use

All equipment must be used responsibly and returned in the condition it was provided.

Any damage or loss will be charged to the client.
4. Liability

We are not liable for any injury or damage caused by misuse of our equipment.

Clients are responsible for ensuring the safety of all guests.
5. Force Majeure
-
We are not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
