1. Booking & Payment

• A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking.

• The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event date.

• Bookings made within 14 days of the event require full payment at the time of booking.

2. Cancellations

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event will forfeit the deposit.

• Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will forfeit the full booking amount.

3. Equipment Use

• All equipment must be used responsibly and returned in the condition it was provided.

• Any damage or loss will be charged to the client.

4. Liability

• We are not liable for any injury or damage caused by misuse of our equipment.

• Clients are responsible for ensuring the safety of all guests.

5. Force Majeure

• We are not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
